The reception conversations are illustrative examples. They do not connect to a practice, check live availability, reserve an appointment or provide medical advice. Do not use the demonstration to seek medical assistance or share patient information.
Features, integrations, availability and suitability for your practice must be agreed during a discussion and confirmed in the service agreement. The website does not guarantee a particular increase in bookings or reduction in workload.
Pricing and service agreements
Monthly plan fees are £625 per location for the first three locations, then £400 per additional location, including reception software. Annual billing is £7,000 for each of the first three locations and £4,800 for each additional location, paid upfront. A shared allowance of 1,000 credits is included each month, with extra usage charged at £0.30 per credit. Setup is included. Any additional connections are quoted separately. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. WhatsApp is an optional additional channel. Setup is included for WhatsApp; its AI processing and Meta charges are additional and excluded from the core calculator estimate. A written proposal must confirm the total charges and scope before you agree to a service.
Submitting an enquiry or booking a demonstration does not purchase a service. These website terms do not replace the service agreement, data-processing terms, support commitments or other terms agreed with a customer.
